The
Chesswood Hockey Leagues started in 1974 -
the most established in Toronto. We have four
NHL-sized rinks dedicated to hockey!

Chesswood's referees are fully experienced
and exercise a zero tolerance policy toward rough
and unfair play, allowing for safe and enjoyable games.
Our leagues are
professionally operated, with a head referee and an
experienced full-time Convener who oversees each game
and compiles player and game statistics.
Leagues offer competitive divisions for players/teams of all calibers. The Winter league runs from September to March/April and the Summer league runs from May to August/September.
Players must play a required number of games in order
to qualify for the playoffs.
Team rosters are limited to 20 players, 17 may dress
for the game (17th player must be backup goalie)
Teams must phone Arena one week before League starts
for first game time.
